Can I Lose 30 pounds on HCG 45 Days
Coach Terri's Response: My answer to that is an absolute YES! You can lose 30 pounds in 45 days. If I did, I know you can. In addition this isa very attainable goal with the HCG program.
The key to this kind of success is to follow the diet protocol exactly.
From my experience, I can tell you that if I deviate even slightly off the diet plan ... say, a little bit of oil on my salad, then my results dramatically change. I have never seen a program that is this exact. However, I did notice that if I eat a little more protein and vegetables, my fat loss continues -- but only if it is a separate “meal.” My recommendation is that you don’t do this until
after a couple weeks on the program.
But if being exact leads me to losing that pound per day, then I certainly will follow it to the "T". Your results might even be better then you expected.
If however you do not follow it exactly, your results might not be as good. for about a month while I was on the HCG, I did cheated big time for about 3 days - I am talking ice cream and carb type foods. I did gain some of the weight back but dropped back down as soon as I went back onto the program.
However, I guess I was bored with it so about once per week during the month I would go "off plan." I still managed to lose about 10 pounds in 4 weeks. Although that is low for HCG, It is still a big number for me.
You can easily reach your goal of 30 pounds in 45 days. Good luck, stick to the plan and the fat will melt away.
