HCG Diet Menu

Drink water throughout the day!

Some of you out there may need a little help in planning your HCG diet menu. So I thought it might be easier for you if I gave you same sample meals to plan. Taking the time to cook and plan your meals is very important for your success while on the program. However, your health is important and you don't want to only lose weight but you also want to be healthy in the process.

Since lunch and dinner consist of the same quantities of food, any meal listed can be used for either lunch or dinner.

Menu Plan 1

3 oz Grilled Chicken sprinkled lightly with sea salt and garlic.

3 oz Cucumbers

2 Melba Rounds

1 Small-Medium Orange

Menu Plan 2

3 oz Tilapia Filet with a splash of lemon

3 oz Steamed Mixed Greens with a splash of lemon

Handful of Strawberries

1 Breadstick

Menu Plan 3

3 oz Lean Ground Beef Patty with Liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce

1 oz Lettuce Leaves (as a "bun")

2 oz Tomatoes

1 Apple

2 Melba Rounds

Menu Plan 4

3 oz Shrimp with Lemon Juice

3 oz Asparagus - lightly seasoned to taste

1/2 Grapefruit

1 Breadstick

You can also divide each meal into a meal and a snack.

Meal and Snack Plan 1

8:00 am - Herbal Tea with Stevia, 2 Melba Rounds

10:00 am - Apple

12:00 noon - 3 ounce Chicken Breast and 3 ounces Sliced Tomatoes

2:00 pm - Handful of Strawberries

4:00 pm - Herbal Tea with Stevia, 2 Melba Rounds

6:00 pm - 3 oz Grilled Tilapia with 1 oz Grilled Onions and 2 oz Shaved Cabbage with Fresh Lemon juice.

Meal and Snack Plan 2

8:00 am - Herbal Tea with Stevia, 2 Melba Rounds

10:00 am - 1/2 Grapefruit

12:00 noon - 3 ounce Lean Beef Patty and 3 ounce Green Salad with lemon

2:00 pm - Herbal Tea with Stevia, 2 Melba Rounds

4:00 pm - Small-Medium Orange

6:00 pm - 3 oz Lobster and 3 oz Steamed Beet and Spinach Greens with Fresh Lemon juice.


You may be wondering if your weight loss will still occur if you follow some of the HCG diet menu samples above. Yes, it will still work. This, for me, was the secret to my success. I ate throughout the day with the meal and snack plan. If I would have been unable to snack, I am not sure I could have made it and lost the weight I did.
