Having the right HCG weightloss tools on hand will help make your dieting journey easier. You can easily make meals in minutes minimizing your temptation to go off the program when you don't have anything ready to eat. While its easy to have vegetables and fruit ready as you don't have to cook them but the protein is a bit trickier.
I keep my freezer stocked with pre-measured chicken breast and fish
filets. If I want to have vegetables ready to cook, I clean and cut my greens. Then I keep greens stored in the refrigerator for easy access. When I am ready for the greens, I
just measure and steam for a few minutes. Check out the 5 minute meals if you haven't already as that will give you some very easy and quick meal ideas. Basically, I prep food one day a week and then just pull stuff out of the fridge as I need it.
This great little Stevia set will add some flavor to your water without added calories or artificial sweeteners. All natural, GMO free flavors:
Fruit Punch, Strawberry Watermelon, Pomegranate Cranberry, Orange Mango, and Black Tea
I was fortunate enough to get a kitchen scale like this as a gift. I use it daily. I weigh everything. Now that I am off the program I still use it for portion control.
You can easily make a meal in less than 10 minutes from freezer to plate. I can place my frozen chicken or fish on it and this part of my meal is done in minutes. This stays on my counter and I have used it so much its time to get a new one. It makes my meals super-easy and fast.
A good calorie guide can be a very beneficial HCG weightloss tool. I used it a lot when I first started Phase 2 of the weight loss program. For me, the eating information is very vague and if I used the scale to measure everything, I could make sure I was staying at the 500 calorie level with my calorie guide book. You can also use the internet but since, my computer was not on the kitchen counter, that got to be very cumbersome for me. Having a book on the counter that I would easily grab was much more convenient.
Bragg's Liquid Aminos are very similar to soy sauce but without the wheat. A great flavoring. But best when used sparingly as its still pretty high in sodium. I use this anywhere it says "soy sauce".
