Coffee, Breakfast and HCG

What do you eat for breakfast? I have drank 2 cups of coffee every morning forever. Can I still drink coffee in the morning?
Coach Terri: Hi Mai, thanks for writing - ahh coffee, the ultimate morning drink. I am not a coffee drinker so I have no personal experience however, according to the HCG protocol, you can have coffee with no sugar and only a tablespoon of milk every 24 hours. So sit back, relax and enjoy your cup of java.
Now, for breakfast, the plan does not have it on the list but I am one of those who have to have breakfast in the morning. So when I was on the HCG weight loss program I would spread my meal allotment throughout the day and would end up eating about 4 or 5 meals - just a little bit each time. Maybe my melba toast at 9am, fruit at 11am, then my protein and veggie at 1pm and so on.
If you are one of those people who are still hungry or constantly hungry - though most people aren't- because you are very active. I have a few helpful tips for you on what can be done to handle the hunger.
